What is your Service Fee?
When you schedule an out-of-warranty service call, a minimum Diagnostic Fee will be applied. This fee covers the expertise of our skilled Technician's assessment and a comprehensive Estimate for the suggested Repair. The Estimate will itemize distinct charges for labor, parts, and shipping.
How much do you charge for labor?
Most Repairs generally fit into our predefined Flat Rate Categories, categorized as Minor, Standard, and Major Repairs. For certain specialty repairs, an estimate based on labor time might be provided. Regardless of the situation, you will receive a detailed estimate for your assessment.
Are your Technicians Factory certified?
Certainly, all of our technicians are Factory Training and Certified. We are authorized Warranty service providers for the majority of the brands we service under their respective warranties. Furthermore, while not being officially authorized, we do offer our expertise in servicing Subzero and Wolf appliances, brands in which we have gained specialization over the course of two decades. Is your work covered by a warranty?
Absolutely, we provide a Labor Warranty that spans 30 Days for all our initial assessments. Furthermore, we ensure parity with the Manufacturer's Replacement Parts Warranty by offering an equivalent Labor Warranty. We hold strong confidence in the abilities of our Technicians. If, by any chance, you are dissatisfied with the repair, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our office for further discussion.
will i be charged again if the technician has to return due to non-stocked parts?
Certainly not! Due to the diverse array of brands we cater to, immediate availability of parts for same-day repairs might not always be possible. We will not charge an additional cost to return to your home. In cases where parts need to be ordered to finalize your repair, we will maintain open lines of communication, updating you on part availability and coordinating our return visit.
I know what is wrong with my appliance. could you offer me a rough estimate over the phone?
Unfortunately, symptoms can arise from a variety of causes. Without conducting a thorough appliance diagnosis, supported by our expertise, knowledge, and specialized testing equipment, arriving at a precise diagnosis isn't possible. When our Technicians assess your appliance, you can have confidence that we will complete the repair accurately and stand by our work with a warranty.
why do do you not set specific appointment times?
We are committed to dedicating the essential time for a comprehensive diagnosis of your appliance. As part of this commitment, we will reach out to you before your appointment to provide a time window. Additionally, our Technicians will notify you when they are on their way to your location. However, for certain diagnostic visits or same-day repairs where timing can be uncertain, we refrain from specifying an exact time. While we do our best to accommodate time preferences when provided, we cannot guarantee them.
