Parts Auditor- Part time

Peachtree Corners, GA

We are looking to expand our Team, we are currently hiring a Part-Time Position in our Parts Department. We are offering a 4 Hour shift, Monday through Friday. Suggested hours are 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., but shift flexibility can be discussed.

As a Parts Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently sort and distribute all parts associated with scheduled customer calls. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of our operations, guaranteeing that our technicians have the necessary components to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and distribute Parts to Technicians for all scheduled calls. 
  
• Coordinate with our Office Team and Parts Coordinator to ensure that technicians have the correct parts for each service call.
• Collaborate with the Parts Coordinator to monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary.
  
• Arrange Returns on unused Parts directly with our Vendors.
• Assist in keeping the Parts Department organized and clean.
• Auditing Service Call Records for accurate Parts Usage and pricing.
